At Vista Sketch, we value every client relationship and strive to deliver high-quality creative, design, and marketing services. Our refund policy has been designed to maintain transparency and fairness while ensuring that our time, resources, and creative effort are respected.
By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Policy
All payments made to Vista Sketch for creative, branding, or marketing services are considered final and non-refundable, except under specific conditions outlined in this policy.
Our services involve intellectual and creative work, which require dedicated time, expertise, and resource allocation. Therefore, once work has begun or project resources have been committed, refunds cannot be issued.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases, including:
Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged twice accidentally for the same service.
Service Non-Delivery: If we fail to initiate or deliver the project as per the agreed timeline and no work has been started.
Project Cancellation (Before Start): If you cancel the project before our team begins any creative work or resource allocation.
In such cases, a partial or full refund may be processed after internal verification.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
When the project has already started or creative work has been delivered (even partially).
When delays are caused due to lack of client communication, approvals, or incomplete requirements.
For dissatisfaction based on creative preferences once work matches the project scope.
For domain, hosting, advertising budget, or third-party service payments made on behalf of the client.
For any project or plan purchased during a discount or promotional offer.
When the project is paused or delayed at the client’s request for more than 15 days.
4. Revision and Approval Policy
Most Vista Sketch projects include a pre-defined number of revisions.
Once the client has given approval (verbal, written, or digital), the project is considered finalized.
After approval, no refund requests will be accepted for creative differences or additional change requests.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may request to cancel a project in writing at support@vistasketch.com.
If approved:
A partial refund may be granted based on the progress and amount of work completed.
No cancellation or refund will be possible once the final files or deliverables are sent.
Vista Sketch reserves the right to cancel any order or terminate a project if:
The client fails to provide necessary information or materials.
The client engages in misconduct, misuse, or breach of contract.
In such cases, no refund will be issued.
6. Digital Products and Subscriptions
For digital products, templates, or subscription-based services offered by Vista Sketch:
All purchases are non-refundable once the digital product or license has been delivered.
Subscription fees are non-refundable but can be canceled before the next billing cycle.
7. Refund Processing
If a refund request is approved:
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
Any transaction fees, processing charges, or third-party costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
8. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a charge or project outcome, please contact us directly before initiating any formal dispute.
We will review the issue in detail and make every effort to resolve it fairly and professionally.
