We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payments and Billing

Payments must be made in accordance with the terms set forth in project proposals, invoices, or service agreements.

  • Late payments may result in project delays or suspension.

  • Deposits, once paid, are non-refundable.

  • We may charge additional fees for revisions or requests outside the agreed project scope.

  • All prices are subject to applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.

We use secure third-party payment gateways for online transactions. Vista Sketch does not store any sensitive payment information.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of creative services, all sales and payments are final. Refunds are generally not provided once work has begun, except in rare cases where:

  • The project cannot be completed due to unforeseen internal issues.

  • Both parties mutually agree in writing to terminate the project and issue a partial refund.

Each situation is handled case by case at Vista Sketch’s discretion.

7. Revisions and Approvals

Most projects include a defined number of revisions. Additional changes beyond the agreed number may incur extra charges.
Once a client provides written or verbal approval on a design or deliverable, Vista Sketch is not responsible for further changes or modifications.

8. Third-Party Services

We may use or integrate third-party platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or plugins) for service delivery or website functionality.
We are not responsible for any third-party content, service performance, or data handling policies. You agree to comply with the terms and policies of those third-party providers when applicable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vista Sketch and its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill resulting from your use of our website or services.

  • Delays or interruptions beyond our reasonable control (e.g., server outages, natural disasters, or global events).

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

However, Vista Sketch reserves the right to display non-sensitive project outcomes as portfolio material unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or services at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in any harmful or unlawful activity.

Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive (including ownership, indemnity, and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.

13. Changes to Terms

Vista Sketch reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
When updates occur, the “Last Updated” date will change, and the new version will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
